NFL font generator

Q: What font does the NFL logo use?

Dispatch is the typeface the logo is set in. The red letters in the shield are close to Dispatch, Cyrus Highsmith's 1999 slab serif, with the brackets redrawn. Dispatch is commercial, so the generator uses Varsity, a free collegiate slab with the same weight.
